Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing comprehensive assessments to identify patients' psychosocial needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
\n
• Engaging in short-term counseling sessions and facilitating crisis interventions to support patients during challenging times.
\n
• Assisting clients in navigating the complexities of entitlements, supplemental insurance, and benefits applications to relieve their financial burdens.
\n
• Connecting patients with prescription cost assistance programs and fostering access to vital medication through pharmaceutical company initiatives.
\n
• Advocating strongly for your patients, representing their needs to community agencies and ensuring they receive optimal support.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, alongside preparing detailed reports and documentation as required to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
\n
• Coordinating transportation assistance for clients when necessary, so they can attend appointments and access services effectively.
\n
• Participating in clinical meetings and case conferences, contributing valuable insights and collaboration for effective treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By addressing their biopsychosocial needs and leveraging a wide range of therapeutic interventions, you will play a crucial role in supporting and empowering clients as they work towards recovery and improved mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
\n
• An independent licensure as one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two (2) years of professional experience in a counseling role, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and patient care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will be regarded as advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD $115,000 – $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
