Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics to regularly monitor client progress and efficiently adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation employing our intuitive therapist portal which integrates various digital tools designed for seamless documentation.
\n
• Apply a variety of therapeutic treatment models in your counseling sessions, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatric providers to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan for clients, while intertwining efforts with fellow therapists to enhance community support.
\n
• Deliver expert evidence-based care through synchronous live video sessions to adults navigating a variety of emotional disorders, ensuring a compassionate and client-centered approach.
\n
• Consult with the Therapy Leadership Team to gain insights and guidance when needed, ensuring ongoing professional development and adherence to best practices.
\n
• Assess mental health diagnoses according to the DSM-5 standards, articulating detailed treatment plans that embrace standard practice guidelines and provide dedicated therapeutic counsel and educational support to all assigned clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An independent license to practice mental health therapy in the state of Oregon, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC. Holding licenses in multiple states is highly advantageous.
