Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct mental health services to an assigned caseload, ensuring timely documentation compliant with mental health regulations.

• Develop and continuously update individualized client treatment plans in accordance with best practices and contract standards, integrating evidence-based therapeutic methods such as cognitive behavior therapy and contingency management.

• Engage actively in treatment team meetings, staff discussions, and professional workshops to assess client progress and share insights.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, including crisis assessments and management techniques to support individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges.

• Conduct thorough behavioral health screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine appropriate levels of care, coordinating with other mental health professionals to address complex psychological and psychosocial issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients presenting varying mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma histories, and substance use concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A demonstrated two (2) years of experience in providing mental health services, including crisis management and therapeutic support.

• A strong foundation in psychological theories, development across the lifespan, and an understanding of human motivation and behavior.
