Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions through a virtual platform, utilizing evidence-based practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, goals, and strategies that promote overall mental well-being and alignment with their unique circumstances.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute distress, working proactively to ensure their safety and emotional stability.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, abiding by state and federal regulations regarding mental health documentation.

• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate integrated care and offer comprehensive support to clients, ensuring all aspects of their well-being are addressed.

• Stay current with emerging trends, research, and best practices in mental health counseling to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Oregon as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or indicated eligibility for licensure.

• Demonstrated history of providing effective counseling services, with a focus on individualized, client-centered approaches.

• Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds, showcasing sensitivity and understanding of their unique experiences.

• Commitment to cultural competence and providing affirming care, recognizing the diverse identities within the community.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.

• Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a multidisciplinary team dynamic.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms for delivering therapy services is preferred, along with familiarity with managing an online counseling practice.

• Background in community health settings and experience working with underserved populations is a plus.

• Additional certifications or training in specific therapeutic modalities, such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care, are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
