Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, providing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our outpatient office team. Our work schedule is set for Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing a balanced approach to professional and personal commitments. Despite the remote nature of the position, our commitment to teamwork and continuous communication enhances the collaborative spirit essential to delivering immediate and effective mental health care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs and challenges of clients, followed by developing individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide counseling services tailored to the unique needs of diverse clientele, building trust and rapport effectively via telehealth platforms.

• Work within a crisis-driven environment, demonstrating expertise in handling urgent cases involving substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, and various mental health conditions.
\n
• Facilitate education and collaborative discussions with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure that clients receive holistic support based on their psychosocial stressors and needs.

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation, including patient medical and psychological histories, diagnoses, treatment progress, and outcomes, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals and families coping with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from different backgrounds, and we take pride in our ability to adapt our approaches to meet their cultural and personal needs. Your skills will be pivotal in empowering clients through empathetic counseling, assessment, and strategic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in Oregon.

• Demonstrated experience providing effective counseling services, with a focus on a wide range of issues impacting mental health.

• Experience working in a telehealth setting or familiarity with virtual counseling platforms is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
