Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough remote assessments and evaluations to gauge clients' mental health status and identify appropriate interventions.

At Wellqor, you'll primarily work with a diverse array of clients who have been pre-screened, ensuring a focus on stable individuals with low acuity needs. This allows you to concentrate on delivering optimal care without the added pressures associated with high-acuity cases. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related mental health fields.

• An active and unencumbered state license as a LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Please note that we are unable to accept applicants who require supervision or are interns.

• Demonstrated independence in client scheduling, case management, and a record of high-quality communication skills.

• No disciplinary actions on your professional license, reflecting a commitment to ethical practice and professional standards.

Preferred Experience\n

We value experience that demonstrates an understanding of remote counseling practices. Previous experience working with a varied clientele, especially in community health settings, is preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, providing support for your health and wellness needs.
