Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual initial assessments to gather client histories, mental health concerns, and goals, using standardized intake procedures.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs, incorporating evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities.

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, actively engaging clients in therapeutic discussions and activities to foster positive outcomes.

• Proactively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive care and maintain open lines of communication about client progress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress notes, treatment plans, and interactions in adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes adults, children, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon is mandatory.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy services.

• Strong knowledge and application of diagnostic principles and treatment strategies in accordance with the DSM-5.

• Proficiency in electronic health records systems and teletherapy platforms.
