Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide short-term psychotherapy for clients experiencing various mental health challenges.

• Utilize diverse evidence-based treatment modalities while working under the guidance of licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, or physicians.

• Deliver individual, family, couples, and group therapy, addressing needs related to mental health disorders and dual diagnoses.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and offer support through brief therapy, skills training, and specialized counseling services such as addiction and family therapy.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary clinical team to update treatment plans and establish optimal levels of care based on client needs.

• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, prepare reports, and coordinate with various stakeholders to gain pertinent information regarding clients.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and organizational quality assurance activities to continually enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
