Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress throughout therapy.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions tailored to address each client's unique issues, employing various therapeutic modalities.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, treatment progress, and other pertinent information in compliance with organizational policies.

• Engage in continuous education and peer collaboration to uphold clinical excellence and enhance treatment strategies.

• Participate in regular staff meetings, contributing to the cultivation of a supportive work environment, and sharing best practices to improve patient outcomes.

• Provide therapeutic services to a diverse clientele, ensuring cultural sensitivity and an understanding of various backgrounds.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of individuals and families, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, supplemented by comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life, and disability insurance.
