Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and deliver short-term psychotherapy as part of ambulatory mental health services, employing varied modalities like case management, treatment planning, and interventions.

• Engage in collaborative care with a licensed psychologist, nurse practitioner, or physician to provide clinical services tailored to individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including crisis intervention, brief therapy, skills training, and family therapy, to address clients' diverse mental health needs.

• Assess the clinical needs of clients and determine the appropriate level of care while coordinating necessary therapeutic actions and resources.

• Maintain thorough documentation of therapy sessions and prepare reports, while seeking relevant information from various stakeholders with client consent.

• Participate actively in clinical meetings, share insights on treatment strategies, and contribute to departmental planning and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license to practice in the state of California or a Psy.D.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems, with a prior track record of successful remote counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
