Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, providing a safe space for clients to share their experiences.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific client needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Utilize a variety of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and others to effectively guide clients toward desired outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress to track treatment effectiveness and compliance with legal requirements.

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Must hold a current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Oregon.

Inner Pathways Psychological Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and productivity.
