This position is offered as a full-time remote role, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients across the region. You'll be part of a collaborative team comprising licensed professionals and support staff, all committed to providing high-quality mental health care. Structured hours are maintained from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting work-life balance and enhancing your ability to be present for your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families, ensuring that each client's unique needs are met.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and family systems therapy, to guide your practice.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, including individual, couples, and group therapy, fostering effective communication and promoting healthy relational dynamics.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and the highest professional standards.

• Participate in regular supervision, case discussions, and ongoing professional development activities to continuously enhance clinical skills and expand therapeutic knowledge.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during high-stress situations.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing various emotional and relational challenges. This role involves addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and behavioral concerns, using personalized therapeutic approaches that engage and empower clients to achieve their goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license is required in the state of Oregon.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential for this role.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of direct clinical experience is preferred; however, new graduates with supervised clinical hours are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in trauma-informed care and familiarity with multiple therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies is highly advantageous.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills accompanied by a compassionate and empathetic approach to client care are required to foster meaningful therapeutic alliances.

Compensation and Benefits\n
