Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health statuses, strengths, and resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed therapies.

• Design, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans with clear goals and interventions aimed at promoting healing and personal growth.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated care for clients.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary.

• Lead group therapy sessions as well as educational workshops to enhance clients' knowledge and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records are thorough and well-organized.

Qualifications\n
