Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges, developing tailored treatment plans that promote their healing and personal growth.

• Participate in regular supervision meetings with clinical supervisors, sharing insights and experiences to continuously improve therapeutic practices.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will encompass working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Oregon.
