Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals and circumstances.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Actively engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and integrate the latest therapeutic developments into practice.

• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy, ensuring a high standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. You will provide a safe space for clients to explore their challenges and empower them to develop coping strategies and healthier relationships. A strong focus on evidence-based practices ensures that your work contributes directly to improved mental health outcomes across the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current independent licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• Demonstrable experience in creating effective treatment plans and delivering therapy services.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a therapy setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
