Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using telehealth platforms to facilitate virtual meetings.

• Assessing client needs through comprehensive evaluations and interviews, identifying key areas of concern, and developing personalized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic goals.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and solution-focused techniques to guide clients in achieving meaningful change.

• Collaborating with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, including sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds facing challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. As an LMFT, your role extends beyond individual therapy; you will work with clients to foster healthier relationships and provide necessary support during difficult transitions. Understanding and addressing the unique cultural and systemic factors affecting our clients will be vital to your practice.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
