Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for new clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that encourage healing and personal growth, employing various therapeutic modalities to achieve optimal results.

• Document clinical progress and maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

• Engage in ongoing case management and provide coordinated care for clients experiencing complex mental health diagnoses and substance use disorders.

• Participate actively in staff meetings, contributing insights and ideas that enhance team dynamics and improve service delivery.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively, ensuring seamless communication with clients who may require flexible scheduling options.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals and families facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance-related problems. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
