Work Environment\n

As a member of our outpatient office, you will operate in a remote setting that fosters flexibility and autonomy. In this supportive yet challenging environment, your primary working hours will be Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This accommodates a balanced lifestyle while allowing you to engage wholeheartedly in your therapy sessions. You will use telehealth tools and other technology platforms to interact with clients, ensuring effective communication and care delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mood disorder symptoms, assessing their intensity, frequency, and duration to tailor effective therapeutic interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning therapies with their unique goals, values, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support clients in their therapeutic journeys.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and strategies for self-care, fostering a supportive and understanding atmosphere for healing.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness and address any emerging challenges.
