This remote role allows you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client, ensuring all interventions align with best practices.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and family systems therapy to address client challenges.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating constructive discourse that enhances communication skills and fosters relational well-being among participants.

• Work in collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to offer integrated care, ensuring each client has a robust support system in place.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in adherence to HIPAA regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with legal standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and supervision, engaging in continuous education to stay updated with emerging practices and enhance your therapeutic skills.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support when necessary, ensuring that clients receive timely assistance during moments of acute distress.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including those with a wide range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license recognized in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience is preferred, although new graduates with supervised clinical experience may be considered.

Compensation and Benefits\n
