Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health to identify challenges and strengths, developing tailored treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual and couples therapy sessions to promote emotional and psychological growth.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues during staff discussions, group supervision, and one-on-one interactions with managers and clinical supervisors to ensure coherence in therapeutic practices.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment goals in alignment with clients' evolving needs, ensuring documentation and adherence to best practices.

• Maintain an organized caseload while managing client schedules and ensuring timely responses to client communications.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Park Avenue Psychotherapy, you will engage with a wide range of clients including adults, children, and adolescents. You'll work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a supportive therapeutic environment where clients find trust and healing.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Oregon.

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
