Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Empathic Pathways Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individuals and families.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, often involving both joint and individual meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
\n
• Addressing a variety of issues, including alcohol abuse, physical and psychological abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustment issues related to separation or divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches within a family systems framework to enhance client outcomes.
\n
• Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus primarily on couples and families, providing therapy that addresses a wide range of mental health issues. You will engage with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Qualifications\n
