Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to determine their mental health needs.

• Provide therapy for couples and families, while also seeing individuals as needed.

• Specialize in a range of therapeutic areas, including but not limited to:

• Alcohol Abuse

• Physical/Psychological Abuse
\n
• Grief and Loss Issues
\n
• Family Conflicts
\n
• Communication Difficulties
\n
• Transition and Adjustment to Separation and Divorce
\n
• Blended Family Dynamics

• Job Stress and Medical Issues
\n
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices and maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress via our digital management systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training and collaboration with colleagues to stay abreast of best practices in therapy and behavioral health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, providing a wide array of therapeutic services tailored to their unique circumstances. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
