Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Restoring Hope Counseling, you will:

• Conduct therapeutic sessions with couples, individuals, and families, using evidence-based practices and methodologies tailored to each client’s needs.

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders while developing personalized treatment plans that promote healing and growth.

• Specialize in addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, family conflicts, grief and loss, medical issues, and the complexities of blended families and divorce.

• Provide support to clients experiencing adjustment difficulties, focusing on enhancing communication and conflict resolution skills among family members.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to offer holistic support for our patients’ mental and emotional wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve helping a broad demographic, comprising both adults and children/adolescents. You will engage with individuals facing various challenges, including marital conflicts, familial dynamics, grief, and life transitions.
