Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments to understand the needs of individuals and couples, guiding them through therapeutic processes.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, while also providing individual sessions to each partner to address personal issues affecting their relationship.

• Addressing a range of complex family dynamics and mental health issues, including but not limited to alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to create comprehensive care plans for clients.

• Documenting clinical notes, treatment plans, and progress reports in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participating in regular training sessions and team meetings to promote ongoing professional development and enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse clientele, including couples, families, and individuals dealing with various challenges such as adjustment to separation and divorce, job stress, blended family dynamics, and psychological well-being. Qualifications\n
