This remote full-time position allows you to provide critical support to individuals, couples, and families across Brockton, Massachusetts and beyond. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and emotional well-being.
\n
• Creating personalized treatment plans by closely analyzing clients' needs, issues, and goals.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions targeting a diverse range of mental health concerns, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Leading couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and fostering stronger relationships.
\n
• Regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans based on clients' progress and evolving needs.
\n
• Documenting client interactions meticulously, including progress notes and treatment updates, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and ensure the best outcomes for clients.
\n
• Offering crisis intervention and immediate support during acute distress situations.
\n
• Participating in continuous professional development and staying informed on advancements in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples from various backgrounds. Understanding the unique challenges faced by each demographic is essential for creating effective treatment plans and fostering an inclusive therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.
\n
• An active, unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist issued by the State Board.
\n
• Solid experience providing therapy to individuals and/or couples.
\n
• Proficiency in effectively utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be advantageous:

• Previous experience working with children and/or families in a therapeutic setting.
\n
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Having a background in crisis management and intervention strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
