Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Empathic Pathways Counseling, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations for couples and families to create individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that focus on improving communication, conflict resolution, and relationship dynamics among family members.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to assist clients in addressing challenges such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, sibling rivalry, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Working collaboratively with clients to develop coping strategies and skills aimed at fostering healthier family interactions.
\n
• Tracking clients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse families, couples, and individuals navigating various life challenges. This includes working with:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
