Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients, effectively utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth and in-person sessions, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, focusing on themes such as trauma recovery, grief and loss, and relationship dynamics.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to enhance service delivery and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary client base includes children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds facing a multitude of mental health challenges. You will work closely with families navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational conflict. Cultural competency will be vital as you address the unique needs and customs of each family you serve. Bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English will enhance your ability to connect with a wider range of clients and enhance therapeutic rapport.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Studies, or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
\n
• Current and unrestricted LMFT license.
\n
• Strong command of written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide bilingual therapy.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in a behavioral health setting, working with children, adults, and families.
\n
• Respect for the cultural and individual needs of diverse families.
\n
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Willingness to be an in-network provider for at least one insurance panel.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to utilize EHR software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant applications effectively.
\n
• Must possess a valid driver's license and car insurance.
\n
• Availability to work at least two evenings per week and one weekend day.
\n
• Compliance with HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization or interest in specific areas such as trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, or perinatal mental health.

• Previous training and experience in short-term therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to empathize, self-reflect, and maintain a client-centered approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, along with an attractive bonus structure.
