Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couple therapy sessions while effectively managing complex family dynamics.

• Assessing and diagnosing mental health disorders, formulating treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Specializing in various issues affecting families, such as alcohol abuse, grief, communication difficulties, and conflicts between family members.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions that address relational stressors including job-related stress, blended family challenges, and separation/divorce adjustments.

• Monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and maintaining accurate patient documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic treatment approach that encompasses both psychological and physical health.

Your expertise will primarily focus on families and individuals grappling with various mental and emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, you will receive:
