Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Empathic Pathways Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations for families, individuals, and couples seeking therapy.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on both individual sessions and joint sessions for couples.

• Addressing a range of issues, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, parenting challenges, job stress, and the complexities of blended families.

• Facilitating effective communication strategies among family members to foster understanding and resolution.

• Providing crisis intervention and short-term counseling as needed, always striving for the highest standard of clinical excellence.

• Documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and interventions in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies to ensure compliance and continuity of care.
