Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, creating a solid foundation for treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate clients' goals, preferences, and unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to guide effective therapeutic interventions.

• Provide psychoeducation for clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote recovery.

• Monitor client progress meticulously and adapt treatment plans as required, ensuring the best outcomes for each individual.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to enhance integrated care and address all dimensions of client well-being.

• Stay informed about the latest research and developments in mood disorder intervention, continuously enhancing therapy strategies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Participate proactively in case reviews, professional development workshops, and team-building activities to foster a supportive work environment.

• Advocate for clients by addressing mental health stigma and ensuring their needs are met both within and outside of therapeutic contexts.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
