This full-time remote position involves providing therapy services to individuals facing substance abuse issues as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to develop an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions and client progress.
\n
• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to clients’ unique challenges.

• Collaborating actively with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to ensure integrated care and a holistic approach to client treatment.

• Documenting therapy sessions, maintaining accurate records of client progress, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client focus includes diverse individuals grappling with mental health issues and substance abuse problems. Clients may present with complex cases involving anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will help clients navigate their challenges while fostering a sense of hope and resilience.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• An active and valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science, specifically as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Demonstrate proficiency in assessing and treating co-occurring disorders with a strong commitment to client-centered care.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

• Previous experience working in outpatient settings, particularly with substance abuse and mental health disorders.

• Familiarity with documenting treatment progress using electronic health records (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
