Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning by working closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists, thereby ensuring a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy through weekly live video sessions, addressing a broad spectrum of emotional disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues.

• Utilize digitally administered symptom self-assessments and outcome measures to continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our user-friendly therapist portal, which includes tools designed for efficient data capture and reporting.

• Receive ongoing support and case consultation from our Therapy Leadership Team, allowing you to enhance your therapeutic competencies and clinical effectiveness.

• Formulate mental health diagnoses according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) and create individualized treatment plans based on established standards and best practices.

• Implement therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and solution-focused brief therapy during counseling sessions to promote positive client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
