Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of each client.

• Provide therapy and supportive counseling through live video sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers to ensure a cohesive approach to client care and maintain open communication with fellow therapists to enhance collaborative support.

• Regularly monitor client progress using symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures to adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal that streamlines your administrative responsibilities.

• Utilize DSM V standards to formulate diagnoses, ensuring continuity and quality of care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through support and consultation from our Therapy Leadership Team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide therapeutic services to a diverse adult client base experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds and life experiences, and it is essential that you approach each individual with cultural sensitivity and a commitment to providing inclusive care.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of residence, with additional state licensure considered a significant advantage.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited program in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).
