Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, accurately diagnose disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy, ensuring age-appropriate therapeutic techniques, engaging children and families in psychoeducation and therapeutic discussions.

• Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using efficient electronic medical record systems.
\n
• Facilitate and co-facilitate group therapies including multi-family group sessions, promoting shared experiences and collective healing.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending training and continuing education units (CEUs) to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

• Participate in clinical supervision and quality assurance reviews, reflecting on personal goals and development areas unveiled during your annual evaluations.

• Collaborate effectively with clients' families and support networks, including educational institutions, childcare providers, and child welfare services to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Understand and integrate trauma-informed care principles and culturally linguistically appropriate services (CLAS) into all therapeutic practice.

Your services will directly impact a broad spectrum of individuals, including children and adolescents facing challenges related to emotional and psychological well-being. You will use your expertise to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and behavioral problems. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon or the state of residence.

Compensation and Benefits\n
