Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement tailored therapeutic plans for clients to guide their mental health journey, using industry-standard tools.

• Adhere to a regular work schedule established by your direct supervisor, ensuring reliability and accountability.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress in accordance with HIPAA standards, utilizing an integrated electronic medical record system.

• Drive positive outcomes by providing guidance and support for clients’ financial or social needs, connecting them with appropriate resources when necessary.

• Engage in continuous learning to enhance professional competencies and meet licensing requirements, ensuring the provision of high-quality care.

• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and sharing best practices to foster a collaborative therapy environment.

• Adhere to ethical guidelines, organizational policies, and protocols set by Freedom Empowerment Counseling Services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to serve a diverse population of young individuals facing various mental health challenges. This may include adolescents grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your expertise will help guide these clients towards healthier coping strategies and improved personal outcomes, fostering resilience and hope.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.

• An active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to practice in the state of Oregon, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

• Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage a high caseload while providing attentive and thorough service to all clients.
