Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized mental health counseling sessions with clients using video chat technology, ensuring a comfortable and ethical therapeutic environment.

• Identify the behavioral and mental health needs of stable, low-acuity adults, and develop personalized therapy goals and treatment plans.

• Employ solution-focused treatment modalities to promote positive behavioral changes and enhance clients' coping strategies.

• Facilitate insightful discussions that help clients reflect on their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of low-acuity adults seeking support for various mental health concerns. These may include anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and adjustment disorders. Your role will be to create a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and challenges while helping them develop the necessary skills for resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure is mandatory. Accepted licenses include:\n
