Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs to inform treatment strategies.

• Document clinical interactions and maintain patient records within 24 hours of services rendered to comply with best practices and legal requirements.

• Participate in regular peer case consultations for professional feedback, idea sharing, and enhancing clinical skills.

• Stay updated on current mental health trends and incorporate innovative therapeutic techniques into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves adult individuals and couples dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field is required.

• Valid and active independent licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
