Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments during initial consultations to determine clients' mental health needs and appropriate treatment pathways.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions, utilizing techniques best suited to individual client circumstances, whether in individual, couples, or group formats.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals and challenges, adjusting as needed based on progress.

• Maintain rigorous documentation standards by completing all necessary paperwork and therapy notes within a 24-hour timeframe to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with regulations.

• Engage regularly in team consultations to discuss challenging cases and share insights that enhance client care and improve therapeutic outcomes.

• Ensure all records are maintained in compliance with health information privacy laws and organizational protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Life Changes Therapy, you will work primarily with adult individuals and couples. Our clients come from various backgrounds, each bringing unique experiences and challenges. You will be tasked with addressing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions, allowing you to make a significant impact on their mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field is required.

• Possession of an independent licensure such as LMFT, LCPC, LPC, or LCSW is essential for this position.
