Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to accurately understand and diagnose clients' mental health issues, which will lead to formulation of detailed treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, employing specific evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's unique objectives.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
