Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and ongoing evaluations to understand client needs and progress.

• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities that best support client's healing journeys.

• Actively participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings, collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic and cohesive treatment approach.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical notes, treatment plans, and client interactions using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals experiencing challenges associated with substance use concerns and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will work with clients from various backgrounds, engaging with diverse populations to foster understanding and empathy. The therapeutic approach emphasizes building strong relationships with clients and supporting them through their unique recovery processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active professional licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) in Oregon, in good standing.
