Work Environment\n

This position allows for flexible remote work, permitting you to provide therapy and support while enjoying the comfort of your home. The work setting is designed for collaboration and innovation, with access to modern telehealth technology that ensures smooth communication with patients and team members. The schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexible hours required based on patient needs, promoting work-life balance within our supportive culture.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally informed mental health assessments that consider the unique experiences and backgrounds of patients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet each patient's specific needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on enhancing mental health and building resilience within our diverse patient population.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating excellent crisis management skills.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment possibilities, and available community resources, fostering empowerment and informed decision-making.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions in allegiance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing cultural competency training to further enhance your skills and the quality of care provided.

• Stay updated on the latest research, best practices, and cultural considerations pertinent to mental health therapy, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A strong comprehension of mental health disorders, cultural competence in therapeutic practice, and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both individual and group therapy that is inclusive and culturally responsive.

• Proficient crisis intervention skills, with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proven track record of building trust and rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications essential for documentation and patient management.

• Commitment to upholding professional boundaries, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The successful candidate will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
