Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions to a varied clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a multitude of mental health challenges.

• Conduct thorough assessments to create tailored treatment plans that address the unique needs and objectives of each client.

• Maintain a consistent schedule for virtual sessions, providing ongoing support and follow-up care for clients experiencing mental health issues and/or substance use disorders.

Our practice serves a diverse patient population, focusing on adults grappling with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship issues, and stress management challenges. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, providing a solid foundation for your clinical practice.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities, allowing for the creation of effective interventions tailored to each client’s needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), will be highly regarded. Experience working with populations facing substance use disorders is a plus. Your ability to build meaningful relationships will distinguish you as an ideal candidate for our team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
