Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively while maintaining a strong connection with your clients and colleagues. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We believe in granting our therapists the autonomy to set their client preferences, thus enhancing the therapeutic experience. You will work in a dynamic setting that encourages creativity in treatment approaches, ensuring that our clients receive personalized care tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to identify diagnoses and formulate individualized treatment plans according to client needs and company protocols.

• Maintain a robust caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, including treatment updates, care notes, and treatment plan reviews, to ensure compliance with best practices and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including case managers and medical personnel, to provide holistic and coordinated care for all clients.

• Develop innovative and creative therapeutic interventions that empower clients to achieve their personal growth and recovery goals.

• Engage actively in team meetings, contributing insights and updates regarding client progress and treatment effectiveness.

• Provide excellent customer service, fostering a respectful and supportive environment for clients.

Our clients encompass a wide demographic, including children, adolescents, couples, and families grappling with challenging mental health issues. You will work with diverse backgrounds and varying circumstances, applying your therapeutic skills to help individuals and families navigate their unique challenges. The role demands a nuanced understanding of family dynamics and the ability to adapt interventions to suit a variety of client experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills to engage with clients, families, and professionals.

• Ability to set and respect appropriate boundaries, while building trusting relationships with clients.

• Must pass a background check as part of the hiring process.

Preferred Experience\n

• Knowledge of community resources and comfort with fee collections are advantageous.

• Proficiency in performing diagnostic assessments (DAs), completing treatment plans, and documenting clinical case notes.

• Previous experience using telehealth platforms for therapy sessions is a plus.

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
