Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual and group therapy sessions aimed at promoting emotional resilience and personal growth.

• Engage consistently in team meetings and supervision sessions, actively collaborating with experienced colleagues to enhance treatment effectiveness.

• Establish and track therapeutic goals, providing regular progress updates to clients to ensure accountability and motivation.

• Maintain meticulous documentation that complies with ethical standards and best practices, ensuring client confidentiality and care quality.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, accommodating clients with transportation or mobility challenges, and ensuring access to essential mental health services.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills, stay current with industry trends, and enhance overall therapeutic effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including couples, children, adolescents, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A current state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of full-time clinical counseling experience in a mental health setting.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with couples, children, teens, and families in a therapeutic context.

• Experience in treating clients with diverse backgrounds, particularly those dealing with trauma, addiction, and mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
