The position is structured to support a flexible work schedule while ensuring collaboration and connection with colleagues. The role offers the opportunity to work comfortably from home, with predictable working hours—Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. As a clinician, you will be part of a tight-knit team that values transparency and creates an empowering work culture. Our facility mainly serves clients through telehealth sessions, allowing you to effectively reach and help those who may have difficulty accessing traditional therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans aligned with the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring timely documentation that adheres to company policies and best practices.

• Foster effective communication with clients, demonstrating empathy and understanding while addressing their mental health challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions and creative therapeutic techniques to empower clients in achieving their personal goals and overcoming obstacles.

• Regularly update and maintain clinical documentation, including diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress notes to evaluate client development and treatment efficacy.

The primary patient population includes individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
