This position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing the LMFT to deliver care from the comfort of their own home while maintaining a connection with clients across multiple locations, including our outpatient offices in San Jose, California. We utilize a variety of telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR) systems to facilitate seamless communication and documentation, ensuring that our therapists have the tools they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain proactive communication with families, acting as a supportive point of contact throughout the therapeutic process.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapeutic sessions, utilizing frameworks such as Attachment-Based Family Therapy to guide treatment.

• Facilitate family orientations, welcome presentations, and supportive group sessions to enhance family involvement in the healing process.

• Accurately complete essential documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

• Efficiently manage scheduling and workload to meet treatment goals and ensure timely documentation.

• Engage in weekly treatment team meetings, clinical supervision sessions, and professional training to maintain high standards of care.

• Participate in relevant conferences and training opportunities that promote professional development and represent our organization as needed.

This role primarily focuses on supporting adolescents and young adults facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
