Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and crisis interventions for clients, preparing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with their support networks.

• Provide effective case management, including triaging referrals, maintaining communication with clients and their families, and liaising with external agencies as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing treatment planning and feedback sessions with other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, including detailed progress notes adhering to established medical and legal standards.

• Facilitate therapy sessions to address an array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and behavioral disorders across various formats (individual, couple, family, and group therapy).

• Demonstrate the ability to address emergent problems by quickly assessing client needs and implementing effective interventions.

• Remain available for additional duties as assigned to support team initiatives and patient care quality.

Qualifications\n
