Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs, strengths, and challenges, forming the foundation for personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address specific mental health concerns and foster a sense of community among participants.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support for clients in urgent need, ensuring their safety and stability during critical situations.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic treatment approach that supports clients' overall well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation that complies with all legal and ethical standards, contributing to quality assurance in our practice.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
