Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy to individuals, families, and groups, adapting interventions to meet diverse treatment needs and various settings.

• Assess and respond to mental health crises with urgency, ensuring the immediate needs of clients are prioritized and appropriate care is delivered.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and intake sessions, utilizing the Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment to inform treatment planning.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating professional guidelines and tailored therapeutic approaches, including behavior modification and brief therapy techniques.
\n
• Provide clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants to enhance their skills and ensure optimal client care.
\n
• Engage in community collaboration, developing cross-system plans to coordinate care with other professionals in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on maternal clients and individuals from medically underserved populations. By understanding the social determinants of health, you will tailor your therapeutic strategies to effectively address the unique challenges faced by these clients, advocating for their well-being and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An independent license in the state of residence (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
\n
• Strong understanding of co-occurring mental health and chemical dependency disorders.
\n
• Proficiency in navigating electronic medical records and computer applications, ensuring efficient documentation and client communication.
\n
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated passion for behavioral health and a commitment to making a positive impact on patients' lives.

• Experience managing a large caseload and collaborating with multi-disciplinary providers.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
