Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct timely and thorough clinical documentation through our user-friendly digital portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance with health regulations.

• Deliver evidence-based care during weekly synchronous video sessions, focusing on adults with a wide array of emotional disorders such as depression, anxiety, and trauma.

• Collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of clients.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress measures to track the effectiveness of treatment, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Engage actively in mentorship and consultation opportunities with our Therapy Leadership Team, enhancing your clinical skills and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you'll be treating a diverse population of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, facing significant emotional and psychological challenges. You will be responsible for providing culturally responsive care tailored to the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. We prioritize understanding and addressing the cultural factors that influence mental health for our clientele, ensuring that our support is both relevant and effective.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctorate in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.

• An independent license in clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or professional counseling, such as LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC, is required.

• Must embrace the responsibility of treating all populations and remain committed to providing culturally competent care.

• Demonstrated tech-savviness with a keen interest in integrating digital tools into clinical practice to enhance patient engagement and treatment efficiency.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
